The essence of making Young Blood is simply transmitting the raw flavours from each of our vineyards into the bottle, resulting in an incredibly juicy elegant wine.

Winemaking: Minimalisitc approach, 20% whole bunch maturation

Ratio: Grenache 34% Mataro 33% Shiraz 33%

Drinkability: Day or night, hot or cold – Young Blood is for everyday consumption.
